Core Extension - Imported Account requires Ledger Confirmation? Why?

I set up my core wallet extension with a ledger, the main accounts work as expected.

I imported an old wallet via private key from Metamask successfully, but when I try to send coins from the imported wallet it asks for ledger confirmation, is that behavior expected?

I think that’s an actual bug, I was able to recreate that. The transaction will go through just fine but the UI is definitely giving an error. Appreciate you catching that. We’ll submit a bug report to get that addressed.
