I have AVAX in my Metamask. and now i want to convert to binance. im stuck

I tried sending 0.1 avax to binance but there isnt an option for AVAX like their was when i sent AVAX to AVAX wallet.
Do i have to sign in on my AVAX wallet and somehow do it through their?
